Description of the radio system for data exchange

The system is designed with a view to a wide range of applications in the local data. Based on a series of devices enabling SATELLINE carry asynchronous data transmission in half-duplex mode. Data transmission is performed in real time, it is very important in the case of an emergency state control of technological parameters and in the intruder signal handling. Data rate is configurable in the field from 1200 to 19200 bits / second. Using antennas surround the main station and directional antennas on the local stations the data transmission can be realized for distances up to 30 kilometers. In the case of communication difficulties arising from the presence of natural barriers must be added the intermediate station, working as a repeater. Radio data transmission system is used mostly for:

    * Replacement cable RS-232 connection in situations where installing cables is difficult, costly or impossible,
    * Exchange data with mobile and portable terminals,
    * Wireless alarm systems,
    * Remote measurements
    * Remote control,
    * Transferring data visualization,
    * Global positioning systems.
